Custom HTV Apparel · Caledon, GTA
Wear your
own design.
Custom tees, hoodies & team gear — designed, plotter-cut and heat-pressed by hand. Your design, or ours. No thin, boxy blanks. No DIY kits. One tee is fine.

What is HTV?
Vinyl, cut & pressed — not printed ink.
HTV (heat-transfer vinyl) is cut on a plotter and heat-pressed onto the garment. The result is a bold, clean graphic that sits on the fabric with a sharp edge — the same precision Apex Alpha Graphix is known for on vehicles, now on apparel.
Your design, or ours
Pick from the house designs, or send your own artwork, logo or idea. We turn it into a press-ready cut file.
Premium blanks, proper fit
Regular relaxed fits with real sleeve length — no thin, boxy blanks with short, tight half-sleeves. Tell us your size and we match it.
Quote first, always
No fixed price list, no surprises. Blank tier, design size, vinyl colours and quantity set your quote — confirmed before anything is cut.

How it works
Four steps. No guesswork.
Pick or send a design
Choose a house design, or send your artwork, logo or idea.
Quote + digital proof
You get a quote and a digital preview of the design on your garment colour.
Approve it
Nothing is cut until you approve the design, size and placement.
We cut, press & hand off
Plotter-cut, weeded and heat-pressed by hand. Pickup in Caledon or arranged delivery in the GTA.
How pricing works
Quote-first. Nothing hidden.
There is no fixed tee price list — your quote depends on four honest factors. No HST charged.
Blank tier
Premium blanks cost more than basic ones — and fit better. You choose the tier; we never quietly swap it.
Design size
Chest print, full front, back print or small chest mark — bigger graphics use more vinyl and press time.
Vinyl colours
One colour is simplest. Each extra vinyl colour adds a cut and press pass.
Quantity
One tee is fine. Larger runs and team orders are quoted per piece.
Questions
Quick answers.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready within a few days of approval. Your exact timing is confirmed with your quote — we never promise same-day turnaround we can't keep.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One tee is fine — this is a one-man shop, not a print factory.
How do I wash a pressed tee?
Wash cold, inside-out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Never iron directly on the vinyl.
Ready?
