How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready within a few days of approval. Your exact timing is confirmed with your quote — we never promise same-day turnaround we can't keep.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One tee is fine. This is a one-man shop, not a print factory.
How does pricing work?
There is no fixed price list. Your quote depends on the blank tier, design size, number of vinyl colours and quantity. You approve the quote before anything is cut. No HST charged.
Can I send my own design or logo?
Yes — that is most of the work. A clean PNG or vector file is ideal; a clear sketch photo works too. We will show you a digital proof before cutting.
What designs press well — and what doesn't?
Bold lettering, clean shapes and one to three vinyl colours press beautifully. Tiny detail, hairline text, photo gradients and full-colour photographs do not translate to cut vinyl. We will tell you honestly before you pay.
What blanks do you use?
Premium blanks in a regular relaxed fit — no thin, boxy tees with short, tight half-sleeves. Tell us your usual size and we will match it. Sizes XS–3XL.
How do I wash a pressed tee?
Wash cold, inside-out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Never iron directly on the vinyl.
Where do I pick up, and do you deliver?
Pickup in Caledon, or arranged delivery in the GTA. There is no shop storefront and no same-day shipping promise — timing is confirmed with your quote.
Do you sell DIY kits or blank vinyl for tees?
No. This is a done-for-you service: we design, cut and press. We do not sell kits.
